I've been using my Kayfun 3.1 with KGD cotton a lot lately, using it in long (10ml) mode, and find that the juice collector on the bottom is catching lots of juice and causing some gurgling, but not from the chimney area, from the airhole intake on the catch cup.

I had to open and clean it last night twice..... anyone else experiencing this? Not sure if its the longer tank and too much pressure or if the kgd is wicking so well its causing the leakage.

4 hours and no takers? Odd.

Could be any number of things...

  • Coil too close to the air tube - most common cause
  • Wick set-up (length/density/thickness)
  • Juice viscosity - thin
  • Air screw adjustment too far in - too much negative pressure in the tank
  • Large ID drip tip - increasing potential for negative pressure in the tank
  • Clone KF with juice channels larger than SvoeMesto spec
  • You're inadvertently covering the air inlet - creating a higher level of negative pressure in the tank
  • A tank air leak - may not show as a juice leak, just an air leak - usually at the chimney o-ring
  • Filling from the top... and not being quick about it
All I got, off the top of the noggin...

State, I should have just PM'd you LOL

I do believe my coil is just barely above the air outlet hole, so that might be it... but yes I also fill from the top too.
The screw is flush with base (all the way open) as I like a looser draw.

The vape is great, just collecting lots of juice for some reason... enough to make me open and clean it to stop the slurping sound.
