At what PG/VG % are you guys getting good wicking at. I just started diy liquids, but at 50/50 mix, I have to plug airhole to draw juice in until it warms up a little and then works fine. The VG I got is really thick. I am using kayfun clones, but don't want to deepen the juice channels since it wicks great after juice warms up slightly. Maybe 10% more PG?

I used to 50/50 but now I go max VG. Also switched to rayon for better wicking.

50-50 for me. I also switched to wicking with Koh Gen Do cotton. It is much more forgiving and wicks like crazy.
