right but if you look at the monster v3 it just uses a base with "drilled holes" and a larger chimney going to the top cap.
I know what a monster v3 is, and maintain that its nothing like a kayfun 4. The v2 was simply a kayfun lite clone drilled out, the v3 is a custom base, but still very similar to a kayfun lite design.

Still nothing like a kayfun 4, and adding a wider bore drip tip will do nothing to improve airflow on a kayfun 4.

I was looking at getting a monster v3, until I found a nice fellow ECF member that made me a custom airflow pin for my kayfun 4, opened up the center pin airflow to 3.5mm. Now my kayfun 4 has airflow equivalent to a monster v3, but still has the juice control, and top fill I like with the kayfun 4. I call it my monster v4.

but what im asking about specifically is the chimney, top cap and the tank components that would allow it to have a chuff
No, and there would be no point.

I am not trying to be rude, but have you seen a kayfun 4 before? The top cap is essential to the vacuum of the tank, and it only fits 510 drip tips. There would be no way to replace that will a chuff, even if you custom made one out of delrin that would screw into the threading, it would be completly pointless (because the airflow isn't limited by the drip tip), and it wouldn't hold juice, it would just leak out everywhere because there would be no vacuum.
