Lemo, IMHO best tank available. I've not tried the Lemo 2 yet, but I have 3 Of the first editions and they are great. That said, I've found the Lemo best for lung hitting. If you are more of a mouth to lung hitter, maybe another Kayfun?
What battery do you use? Are you solely a MTL (mouth-to-lung) inhailer or do you also direct-to-lung inhale?
you could also dive into the genesis style atty tanks. They have some sharp and clean looking genny attys out there with decent ml capacity.
The Kanger Subtank Mini is another option. You can build it to your tastes and not use the supplied 0.5 heads. With the air flow on one hole, it's very similar to the KF, easy to build, and easier to fill.
Orchid V4 are very similar to the Kayfun's, though it uses dual coils.
I like my Orchid V4 a lot, though I ordered a Kayfun lite last night.
Kayfuns use a single coil, just wanted to personally compare the two.

Lemo is a great choice. It is like a big Kayfun with twice the airflow and the airflow is adjustable. The build is similar to what you are used to. I run Lemo's ~30w depending on the juice. Easy to build, doesn't leak and does not cost a fortune.

Being already a Kayfun user (I believe an authentic one) I wouldn't recommend a Lemo, K-Sub, Delta etc. for you. Stick with the game and get a Kayfun-4 or Erlkonigin, MarkBug's GEM, Gus Phenomenon Lite and/or a Calix By Leo.

Check out the goblin RBA, the chamber is small. And you can change the wide bore to a more restricted airflow. It also has adjustable airflow. Easy fill. 29$ at vapenw. Awesome RBA best IMO. Check it out.

I came from a gen. kfl plus myself, and the Goblin along with the newer Goliath has taken me where no atty has gone before.
I also recomend the Squape R. Easy single coil build, perfict for mouth to lung with excellent flavor.
I have the Goblin, but haven't tried it yet...too lazy for dual coil building!! I have several Lemo Drops and the new Lemo 2...both are awesome in different ways, Lemo 2 is more modern and has top fill which I love. Subtank Mini and Plus are awesome all around tanks, rba or stock occ coils...

$100 or more: Gus Phenomenon Lite or Zest, Heron, Prometey 3, Ataman II, Rose v2 or v2-s, Eviva-t, Taifun GT II, Kayfun 4, Calix, Squape R. And of course there are dual coil tanks also.

I've heard the Rose v2 is excellent as far as flavor is concerned. Looks finicky to build on though. If you want something cheaper I recommend the lemo drop.
A REO with an rm2 has been the exact kayfun vape with none of the hassle. An excellent mouth to lung vape! Check out reos mods forum here on ECF, very helpful if you want to go ask some questions.
