Don't own a griffin or aromamizer but know the kayfuns well and don't think you can compare them, they are 2 different animals. One is basically a sub tank for DL inhales mostly , has massive air, built for higher wattages and has room for crazy builds and thus produces more clouds while the other is a mtl tank (although the 5 is more airy ) single coil, made for lower wattages and has more of am emphasis on flavor then clouds. Imo you just cannot compare them , for they are usually made for 2 different kind of vapors.

Gents, all it comes down to is YOUR personal satisfaction. I thought Crown kicked .... in flavor and cloud production until I tried Goon, which blows Crown out (pun intended) and Kayfun. Everything is relative and in comparison, just like your tastes for the juices. I can't stand eating vanilla, but love vaping on it... figures. You're happy with griffin and keeps you off analogs? Good! You've got a winner. I love my Kayfun and it also does an excellent job keeping me away from smoking. We're all here "fighting" on the same side. Kayfun or Griffin... who cares. Just take a vape from whatever you like of whatever you like and be happy [emoji4]

Sounds like another anti-besttankever (I mean kayfun) hater here...

Inspired by this thread, I dug out my old Kayfun V3 and lobbed a build in it to see if I missed it.

The answer was - no, not in the slightest. It's amazing how I can remember being blown away by its performance back when I got it, both in vapour production and flavour, and now in comparison to newer options I find it to be pretty lacking (for my style of vape).

The build quality however is amazing.

You have to appreciate I'm British and specifically a Kent guy. That's my way of speaking, I wasn't actually saying it was "old". Having said that, I have had it a few years, so compared to my other gear it is older than most things.

Maybe your talking about the kayfun 3.1? At first I thought you were referring to the kayfun mini v3 which is maybe a year old. Yes the 3.1 is old

Definitely :offtopic: but I'm not from Kent but s.london.
When we speak everything is old. No matter if it came out last week
Water doesn't have a 't' when we pronounce it.
'th' is always pronounced as an f.
Also everyone is mate.

Cheers mate.

I should have been a Londoner. I'm about as Kent as they come.

I hear kents still lovely but I've never been.
Londons just gone downhill fast.

I'm in the West Country atm.
Perhaps I'll go back when I've got enough money to live in central.

Off topic again, Back to kayfuns.
Your apology is welcome.
Doesn't bother me if ppl change what they are looking for.
Variety is the spice of life and all that.

Besides, this forum would be pretty boring if everyone was puffing on a kayfun...
Stylish lot though.
