Ok so I've had my kayfun lite clone that I picked up at my local B&M for about a week now. At first I wasn't impressed. I couldn't get it to stop leaking, and when I finally did, the draw was way too tight. I went out & got a Ming drip tip & built a .8 ohm coil in there. Now it hits beautifully & produces great flavor with decent clouds. My only gripe now is that I have yet to figure out how to fill it with NO LEAKING AT ALL. I've lucked out a few times but for the most part it always leaks. Sometimes more than others. I've tried both top & bottom filling. Is there supposed to be a o ring around the bottom fill screw? I'm wondering because even when I get it to not leak from the air hole, I'll take the kayfun off my mod & juice is all over my top cap & on the bottom of the kayfun. Any suggestions? I really like my kayfun but I hate wasting juice every time in use it. Anyone else have these issues with the kayfun lite?

If you are leaking from the bottom fill screw, then check the scewdriver that you got in the rebuild kit that you got with the clone.
If its the screwdriver that has caps that screw onto the ends, look at where the cap fits onto the screwdriver, at the end of the threads.
There should be a grommet there.
Take it off o the screwdriver, and use it on the fill screw.

The O ring in the top cap should be in a little groove that holds it. If you had to move it down that was prob part of the issue. So far I have 3 kayfun clones and I never had one leak. I always fill from the bottom screw. Mine don't have an O ring on them. But after its full you can't open it. That will break the vacuum and it will leak from everywhere.
