Ok I have had a kayfun Lite for about 6 months now and I love it. Now my local shop has been rebuilding it for me when needed, They have had it anywhere from .59 - .90 at different times, And during all that it has hit nice with no problems. Now in the last week or so I have been getting a lot of Burnt hits, I have had them rebuild it twice and I have rebuilt it like 5 times anywhere from .6 to 1.5 and im still getting Burnt hits, Now if I Prime it by inhaling hard and taping the airhole I get it to work for about 4 hits then I get burnt hits again. I have used it on different mods and nothing is working. I am using Cotton and have tried using more and less cotton and still nothing. I have checked the screws and they are tight. Now with all that being said the only thing I can find that might be the problem is maybe the insulator, Would you all agree?

If the burnt taste tastes like burnt rubber then that could be it. There is a difference between dry burnt taste and burnt rubber taste. If you aren't tasting rubber then your wick isn't getting enough juice. Maybe the wraps are too tight and chokeing off the juice. Since it works when you prime by unpowered draws then it is a wicking problem.
