Please help!!! Kayfun build with almost no vapor production

Hello everyone,

I recently built my first kayfun (28 gauge Kanthal @0.77 ohms dual coil mode) and filled it up and almost No vapor comes out when I hit it (even if I hit it for like 5 - 6 seconds).

I didn't block the channels, the air flow is very good, no tight draw. I get some flavor, no burnt taste... At a loss?? I just filled it with juice and hate to waste it all.

Any thoughts, suggestions?

Which kayfun? Reason I ask when you first fill the 3.1's. The will often flood. If you hear a gurgling then it's flooded and you can either blow it out or vape until it not flooded anymore. The other thing is if you used cotton you may have used to much as in it's wrapped to tight by the coil. Hopefully one of these is the cause.

You shouldn't have to waste the liquid either. I've got a syringe with a blunt needle that I use for emptying my kfl.

Just take out the fill screw, put the needle to the hole and draw it out. You'll get whatever isn't sticking to the sides. That's like 98 percent.
