Kayfun Lite Plus Flooding/Leaking

Just rebuilt my kayfun Lite Plus with a dual coil silica setup and after about 8 hours of normal use, it started flooding and eventually leaking a bit through the airhole. Any reason why this would happen? How can i avoid flooding it and especially avoid having it leak on me. Thanks ahead of time for any input!

Without more info hard to diagnose the flooding issue....but a trick I was saw on here for the leaking was to put Vasoline or chapstick on the airflow screw then screw in into place flush works like a charm
