Oh man, this is the boom boom. I went with a hcigar 3.1 clone first to see if I liked the style. It worked ok but seeped juice through the joints, especially the collector with no o-ring on there and through the fill hole. Decided since I really liked the style to suck it up and get an authentic ... heh heh ... I like it! Build quality is noticeably better in the threads, the edges are not like razor blades but still fit perfectly. Love the bottom fill and the o-ring keeps it bone dry under there. Better seating in the o-ring on the top of the chimney. Adjustable air always makes me happy too. The drip tip setup is more solid than the 3.1.

Put a 12 wrap 28ga 1.8 coil with cotton in there with the kick on 8W, mmmmmm ... tasty.

Nice to see another original Kayfun.

Like your old Kayfun clone, mine leaked a lot out of the air hole. Couldn't get it to stop flooding no matter what I did with the wick.

I finally got fed-up with it and ordered an original Lite Plus v2 from 'InTaste'.

Works great. I am using a 1.6 ohm coil and feeding it 3.7v (8.6 watts). The only thing I didn't like about this new Kayfun is the newly designed drip tip, so I replaced it. This one has a larger hole through it ... I just wish this drip tip I am now using had double O-rings like the original one.

Not going to lie, I must have the best Kayfun Clone ever. Threads are buttery smooth, no leaking from the tank, drip tip, connections, or air hole. Best performing topper I have (well, tied for first with my dripper lol)

Clones are so hit and miss. That 3.1 gets on my last nerve. That nemesis in the pic works like a dream. I have another that is going to be parted out or thrown out because I do nothing but fight it. Glad yours works.

Oh, I completely agree. My Nemesis in my pics is a clone as well, and again it works flawlessly. I wish clones weren't so spotty. Either they should all be meh quality due to being clones, or they should all work flawlessly because they're a 1:1 copy. It makes no sense to me.

I wish your's worked. I'm glad you eventually got one that works for you. Just wish it didn't take 100$+ as I hate for anyone to waste money.

Nice looking piece. Just wish they would update the center pin to adjustable. Everything else seems spot on.

I've got a couple of v1 Plus clones - with adjustable pin - No issues at all and a dream to Vape.(no logo crap either)

Would love to add an original, but budget is almost non-existent right now.:(

I agree.. The I give the Russian the edge due to this, but the Russian's 510 connect screws feel janky..
On my v2 I grinded the 510 base and the screw a tad to get the loki ring without the gap. It pisses me off when I have rotating rings or pieces on a solid feeling device.. If I want it reversed I can just buy new pin.
