I was using a needle for wicking and not big enough to land on the reservoir feeders.

That would be length, not diameter.
I use 2mm Syringe needle for all my Kayfuns coil builds. But yes, getting the right size coil and proper fit/length wick makes all the difference.

holy moley. I figured I was going to switch to nano tank cuz i run mine at 7.5 watts. lol

Twisted coils love horsepower.

25 watts is way too much for a regular 28 gauge micro coil. Still works though!
