Kayfun Lite

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but here goes..
I am new to ecig and I recently started using rebuildable atomizers. I recently purchased a kayfun lite and have a Magneto(will upgrade as soon as I unlock the classifieds) for a mechanical. My question is about how many ohms should I build my kayfun at to have a good battery life as well as good vape/flavor. Also what would be the most effective way to build this? (how many gauge wire/wraps)

for my mech I use doubled 3mm silica with 28g wire at .8-.9 ohms the first few vapes are hot but then it runs great for around 2 days on a 2900mah panasonic the trick is getting the length of the wicks just right to never get a dry hit.
