Ok so I just got this (kayfun LITE PLUS (+) CLONE by EHPro STAINLESS STEEL w/ ADJUSTABLE AIR FLOW) never had a rebuildable before, the only building has been micro coils for protanks. I use vv/vw devices mostly,I do own one mechanical but prefer the vw. So give me some advice please, wire gauge, wraps, wicking material, and any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I'll just give you a quick run-down, those threads are a pain to wade through.

1: boiled and dried cotton or bamboo yarn
2: you'll probably need thicker gauge wire because you want a much fatter coil, try building one 2,5mm in diameter with 28 gauge
(a bigger coil means it needs a less resistive wire to cover a suitable microcoil area)
3: you'd want your build around 2 ohms for regulated devices, for mechs I wouldn't recommend sub-ohm builds in the kayfun

wicking tips for cotton or bamboo:
1: get it through and trim it right to the bottom of the chamber where the juice will flow in (just make sure it's not short and float above it)
2: screw on the cylinder part of the chamber
3: gently tuck the material down to reach the bottom
4: move tuck the wick to the sides, clearing away the juice channels, it makes 2 V-shapes and your build will roughly look like this (>[ß]<)
(5: Don't forget to prime with juice!)

I found the V-shape to be great for wicking. Your build doesn't always taste right straight away just give it an hour or so. Quenching my coil and plenty of test-firing before use seems to help for me.
Quenching is where you heat it up to glow without wicks in it, and then run some cold water over.

Nice, pretty much in agreement with my results.
