Kayfun microcoil build with organic cotton

I have been using 28g kanthal at approx 9 wraps on a toothpick and am registering 1.5 ohms. How often does the cotton wick that I have threaded need to be replaced? I chain vape heavily

I change mine every 2-3 tanks. Some people go longer. It's just so cheap and easy to do, I do it frequently.
