For the purpose of decreasing size and weight, I just picked up an inexpensive frosted Nano drop kit for my kayfun Lite. It vapes pretty well, but I'm getting hot sputters and juice in the mouth on nearly every vape. Is this inherent to the Nano because of the shorter chamber, or could it be build or quality related? The build is the same 1.8 ohm that I typically use with the full size KFL with no issues, only with shorter cotton wicks.

Probably an air leak, preventing an adequate vacuum from being maintained. Most likely sources are the nano end pieces to base and cap o-rings, end pieces to glass o-rings and chimney top to cap o-ring.

Don't quite know what to make of "shorter cotton wick"... so, other than - shorter than what? - no comment.
