Been shopping around for a kayfun clone for a few weeks. I'll be running it on an MVP so I was just curious if anyone had any pictures of kayfuns on MVPs. There are so many options and it's getting a bit confusing. I'd love one with the same matte finish as the Russian 91% if that's possible. And again, something that doesn't look too big on an MVP. I thought I was set on an hcigar 3.1 but I've read a few different places that the 3.1's are obsolete with the kfl+ available now. Any help would he greatly appreciated!

The 3.1's are not obsolete , I prefer the location of the airflow screw on the 3.1's over the lites , basically all parts are interchangeable above the deck between the two as well , I prefer the 3.1's form factor , The HCIGAR 3.1 is an excellent clone IMO , I've got one and will probably order 2 more .

I have the 3.1 Authentic as well as the Russian 91. I have a clone of the 3.1 on the way I love both units both produce fantastic vapor, But the big thing is the flavor. OMG is it awesome, I have juice that tastes like trash truck juice in any other atomizer, but in the Kayfun its like a taste of heaven. If you like to pick out the notes of flavors this is the unit that will give that ability. you can taste everything

I'm using a Ehpro clone KFL+ on a MVP. I don't really care what it looks like. 2 days of battery life. Great taste and vapor. Easy to rebuild. Holds lots of e-juice. Kind of like the Glock of vaporizers (to me). It always amazes me how much importance people put on appearance of vaporizers (and pistols). If it works thats what I want. Show me a better battery and rebuildable tank and I'll buy it. I googled pictures and got many. Also there is a nano kit that makes the KFL+ smaller. Just my 2 cents

By an Authentic do you mean a SvoeMaestro??
I think most people would look for an ehpro, hcigar or tobeco, but they'd never THINK of looking for a SvoeMaestro, becuase they never see the NAME.

I Like my 3.1s over my lites and R91.
I think the chamber under the coil vent helps both with airflow (all most never gurgles) and helps minimize leaking (traps juice that would go straight out the air intake). It adds a step to rebuilding and about a quarter inch to the height, but for me they just work better and overall are less messy (especially if you accidentally over fill.)
I change the wick...coil/wick about once a week, and normally have to keep a vaper towel around for the first 30 min for the non 3.1 units.
    3.1s are fill and go...
That being said... If you know all your going to use is an MVP the shorter (non 3.1) versions may be better for you... I use them on my MVP on occasion but it is not very stable standing upright.

I have the Russian 3.1 and love it. Not obsolete just hard to find and a tad taller than the 91%. Last time I looked, Salt Lake Vapor had both the full Russian and the 91% in stock ~$95. Very fast shippers. The main difference between the two is the full size has a condensation collection chamber, the lite/91% does not. If I was to buy another it would probably be a real full Russian or the Hcigar clone. One can never go wrong with the real deal, tis a safe bet. lol

I'll second that on the airflow being better on the 3.1's , I find that I can't quite get the flavor out of a kfl + as much as the 3.1's with identical builds , close but not quite , my 3.1's might gurgle for a couple of hits after I rewick because I tend to really soak the wick and coil with juice before I reassemble but I just up the wattage a bit to vaporize the excess and not even a hint of gurgling after that .
