I started out with a clone of the 3.1 KF, then got a lite base, then a full lite plus, and now I own 2 full KF lite+, plus a lot of other things including nano kits, extra long tanks and the sort. And the more I look at the 4, I find my Lite plus has nothing to envy it, except for the juice control. I don't think I'll buy it in the near future, unless of course mine gets damaged beyond repair or lost.

Have you switched? Are you glad you did? or do you beleive it was a waste of money?

I like the 4 more. I think the flavor is better, and I like the filling method and access to the deck anytime.

I still think it has too many parts though for non mechanical people. And the price is prohibitive. I have a clone. If you're a big Kayfun fan, its probably worth it. Not sure if an authentic is worth it to me.

I have a lite and 3.1 clones, and did not care for either out of the box,i had to drill both out to make them work well for me,but i have picked up 2 v4 clones, and they are really nice,no need to modify either of them to work great for me.The v4 can be a little trickier to wick at first, but once you get that worked out they are great.

Not sure, but at the moment I'd say "doubtful." I really don't care for the look of the 4s, they look "bulgy" to me. My KFL+'s look very sleek compared to the 4s, and I'm delighted with how they vape, so I really don't see any need to "upgrade."

However I LOVE what the advent of the 4s has done to the price of KFL+'s. :D

Not till someone comes up with a Nano version. Even then that is a lot of bits to keep track of. when you are re-wicking every tankfull.
I love my Kayfun 3.1, but would like a bit better air flow and control. Top fill would be nice but I've figured out this side fill thing and like it. If anything I want a shorter atty and fewer pieces not more, but I want at least 2-3ml.

I agree - I don't like the look of the v4, too "bulgy" for my tastes. I use KFLs with quartz tanks and I love the look. I wash out and re-wick after each tank that I go through so top-filling isn't that important to me and my KFLs work just fine.

In terms of usability and convenience...my KF4 is leaps and bounds better than the lite+... I have had 20+ tanks and atties, all authentics....without a Doubt the KF4 has the most exquisite machining and construction of any atty to date.

Its just so perfectly made and efficient.
Even Dino, the Marquis maker/designer agrees with me. It truly is beautiful German precision.

With that said, the KFL+ is still amazing. I just prefer the top fill method and ease of rewick with tre KF4. It makes life easier and i dont have to cringe when my lady's KF4 gets a dry hit or needs a new wick. Simply open and wick. No drain. That alone to me was worth the price. I dont buy clones and i especially wouldnt trust a V4 clone simply due to the complexity. I love authentic gear. Rather have 1 amazing $160 atty than 4 crappy clones that fail after 6 months.

I tend to prefer a moderate draw...anywhere from 1mm-5mm airflow. The v4 is great for all day vaping, unless you are a straight lung vaping cloud monster. For a fu cloudy day i just theow my 4S kit on and have a nice restrictive lung hit.

Not a huge fan of massive libg exploding atties. Its purely gimmick to me. I still vape .4-.5 but usually on 4-6mm airflow. Plety for me but to each their own.

Kf4 is an amazing and versatile atty. To me, it sets a new bar for the 90% of us vapers who dont only care about massive airflow and clouds. Most people are in it for flavor anyhow. Get a damn Kayfun V4!!! Rant over!
