Is there an kayfun style dripping atomizer out there? I'm talking about a dripper that I can wrap a single coil, with the air intake in the middle, directly below the coil. No tank or juice feed. Just the bottom portion of a Kayfun 3.1 and a top cap. I have the igo-L, several igo-w's, and a trident. And they're decent. I just really like the flavor from the Kayfun. I am mainly interested in this type of atomizer for testing juices.

I think there is a SOV kit to turn the Kayfun into dripping mode.

Kayfun in drip mode. Go on reddit ecig forum (google reddit ecig). In search bar, enter kayfun drip mode. Thread entitled kayfun drip mode tutorial explains turning the kayfun into the best dripper I've ever used, using parts -- just not all of them, included in every kayfun. It's basically running kayfun without chimney, chamber, center tank tube and upper tank tube. Very deep well means it holds about a mil of juice! Very low if any leaking,

I use one of my Tebeco Kayfun Lite clones as a dripper. The only problem I had at first was the coil is very, very close to the top cap using it like stated above. It worked really good, but I had to be careful with coil size and placement and the air flow was tight like a normal Kayfun. I wanted to see if I could not improve it some more. I also wanted more room to try dual coils. What I did was to drill the top cap from the bottom with a 15/32 drill bit to create more room for the coil. This does modify the top cap so that it can never be used with the chimney again as it removes the metal that holds the oring for the top of the chimney. You have to be careful to not drill too deep and make the top cap too thin. This gives more room for the coil and creates a funnel shape for the vapor as it goes into the drip tip. I also drilled two 1/16 inch air holes, 180 degrees apart, in the top cap from the bottom of the top cap. I drilled them right next to the inside of the lip that has the male threads on the top cap. When the drill bit comes out the top of the top cap it will be party in the flat part of the top of the top cap and partly in the side of the "nipple" that the drip tip goes into. This mod gives a lot more air flow than just the air flow from under the coil which is very limited in a Kayfun. This makes the air flow more like a normal dripper. I also DO NOT use an oring for the top cap, so it is easy to remove the top cap for adding juice.
I tried dual coils at .6 ohms, but it was too "hot" with the coils so close to the top cap. I am currently using a single coil with 1.1 ohms. I am going to get the Nano kit so I can make it a little taller and then try dual coils again. Also thinking of making a new positive post that is taller and adding a spacer to the negative post when I get the Nano kit. This will move the bottom air flow hole and coil up higher and allow for more juice to be held.
It by far is the best atomizer that I have at the present. It is better than my other Kayfuns and other drippers I have. The flavor is intense like all Kayfuns are and the increased air flow is a plus. I enjoy it so much I have three more of the Tebeco clones coming from China to experiment with.

Other things about kayfun in drip mode. As PorterT says, you gotta remove the top cap oring because it's so close to the coil. I have two EHPro KFL+s, and one of them just doesn't seem to have room enough to have the coil size I like to not touch the top cap. If your set up has this issue, you can try a coil with smaller diameter ... but that coil touching, or intermittently touching the top cap is super sketchy, short-wise. The other thing is don't try to use the bottom tank ring from a drop-kit (nano mode rings) -- too short.
