Kayfun V4 clones - mechanical oil taste removal

Anyone have a solution for this. It simply taste like juice and my mum's sewing machine oil smell. Thank you

A lot of people use alcohol or vodka, my V4 went into hot water with some dawn dish washing liquid and turned out well after soaking for a few hours.

Wash it with hot soapy water. On top of that, you can use alcohol to give it a proper clean up. Shouldn't have machine taste after that...

I find mine a little leak prone. Fingers always have some vanilla/caramel sweet smell somehow...

if the machine oil is really stubborn, vodka, isopropyl, vinegar, dawn, etc just doesn't cut it

I've had very consistent results with my ultra sonic cleaner and simple green

Yea I have very bad experience on the ehpro version, do it with warm water soak and vodka. What I did was wiping the parts with vodka and then soaking it in warm water for about half an hour? Wash it with my normal anti bacteria soap. Still had some oil taste after that but still much much better.

Ehpro, anyone can share if the universal connector (base) is permanently connected ie UC universal cap is sealed to the base?

Theres an issue on the inside spring for the authentic let alone the cloned ones, has anybody check that out? might be the cause of it as well.

It did occur to me that it might also. Thank god, the soak did the magic. It is a good atomiser though sans the taste. No leak and really good airflow. The single cool set up produces decent vape. Now time to rid off the old 3.1. Dying to try Lemo also. Really good reviews.
