I have a kayfun clone that I have been using for the past several months... I always use the same build, 32g kanthal, 10-12 wraps and installed vertically. I also always vape the same juice which is Vanilla Custard by VCV at 100% VG. All of the sudden my kayfun isn't wicking. I use cotton wicks and it just isn't staying wet like it always did before. I don't understand because I've not changed anything. Please tell me if anyone has had this problem and any suggestions to fix it. I did put a few drops of distilled water in the juice to thin it a bit and still have the problem. Tell me what ya'll think......

It's possible that if your Kayfun has an air hole, that it has become clogged, affecting the negative pressure within the tank chamber so that its not wicking properly. Perhaps an overnight soaking in vodka or pure grain alcohol will correct the problem. Do an overall complete cleaning of the entire device.

Other than that, I got nothing.

I have never done a vertical coil in mine, so I am spitballing here. That being said, here is some advice about general troubleshooting.

If it was working fine before, and suddenly it isn't working, something changed. I know it sounds obvious, but you would be surprised how often that is overlooked. Something is different that is causing your malfunction. Is it wick clogging a juice channel? Is it, as Bad said, something clogged not allowing proper flow of air or juice? A loose or malfunctioning o-ring? If it worked fine before, and now it doesn't something is different. Hope this helps, and good luck.

This would be my first move.
If not successful then I would do a full breakdown and inspect parts individually

I vape 100vg, Bobas Bounty or Gorilla juice in a Dedicated KFL+, This has happened to me once. I used to much Org cotton and blocked the supply juice channels. Stuffed to much cotton on the deck... Why I did this, probably tired at the time... if this is not the case for you and when you inhale you feel no air restriction from air tube then my money would be on one of your o ring is not sealing properly. hope this helps...
