get a small flashlight holster:

want it just for you waste? then your all set.
want it for your car, bedroom night stand,etc? get some 2-sided velcro. (Ace and Walmart carry it. get the thick one)
attach soft part to the holster, other to where you want it.
works great. got it holding up my silver bullet on a nightstand.
