Howdy folks,

Saw your link Titanium, so here goes.

#1... I don't remember how I got directed to these forums or how I found them, but it was one of those moments where you go, ahhhhhh, finally found what I need. I hadn't been vaping at that point other than a blu cig which was what made me decide to start looking for info. So I guess the reason I came to this forum was because I picked up a blu cig on a whim..

#2. I wasn't really thinking I was looking for a way to quit smoking. Wife quit 3 yrs ago. Wanted to quit cause its a nasty habit, I have 7 grandsons and I kept thinking about the example I was setting for them, even though I didn't smoke around them. I have tried, I was fairly certain I wasn't gonna quit...that I wasn't in the right frame of mind....it shames me to say...I couldn't quit.

#4. Did I tell you guys that I died, yeap, died. Went straight to hell when I did. It's just like everyone thinks..almost. Lots of fire, pools of lava, little guys running around with pitchforks, pointy tails, the whole thing.....all except the door. As I got close to the door, this imp showed up and told me to follow him, he lead me thru the door and into a hall way. As we were walking he explained to me that satan was very busy and would be with me momentarily. As we walked we past a door that had SATAN on it, I was told that's the devils office. We walked a little farther and came to the "Waiting Room". I was ushered in, told to have a seat and wait.

As I looked around, I saw clocks on the walls. I saw mine....it was stopped. I also saw Fisher Pals and MaxPerilous' clocks. They were running backwards slowly.

All of a sudden there was a flash of light...and there stood the DEVIL! 8 foot tall, bright red, long spiked tail, horns, eyes of flames..he looked at me and said...."howdy Big Mac, how ya doing buddy, did ya get the tour, can I get ya anything, any questions so far?"

I thought for a second, and said "I saw the clocks on the walls here and mine has stopped, how come?" He said "We'll, you're dead." "Ahhhhhh,". I said "why are the others moving backwards slowly?" The devil said "cause they are losing a little bit of their lives each time they .........e." "Oh i see, but where's Titanium's clock?" He looked me in the eye and said, " it's in my office, use it as a fan."

2: Post what made you decide to quit smoking.

When my former landlord decided to make my apartment building smoke free! I hated the thought of having to go outside every time I wanted a smoke! So, after a disposable that lead to a starter kit, I was off and running! I have to say that I will still have an analog every once in a while, especially when I get stressed! But, overall, I mostly vape and have passed up thousands upon thousands of ciggys! I also love it that I can be a "social" smoker..... I can take it or leave it..... Prior to this, it was a carton a week or nothing! I never could only have one once in a while...

And, when I say former landlord, I have moved since and never stopped vaping! The taste, the health benefits and the smell are all great reasons to keep vaping! :)

I've wanted to be an ex-smoker for a loooong time but didn't think it was possible so I just didn't try. E-Cigs were the first thing that has come out that sounded like it would work for me. It worked better than I could have ever dreamed. I have been a non-smoker now for over 1 1/2 years and I feel great!

An airline captain was breaking in a new blonde stewardess. The route they were flying had a layover in another city. Upon their arrival, the captain showed the stewardess the best place for airline personnel to eat, shop and stay overnight.

The next morning, as the pilot was preparing the crew for the day's route, he noticed the new stewardess was missing. He knew which room she was in at the hotel and called her up wondering what happened. She answered the phone, crying, and said she couldn't get out of her room. "You can't get out of your room?" the captain asked, "Why not?"

The stewardess replied: "There are only three doors in here," she sobbed, "one is the bathroom, one is the closet, and one has a sign on it that says 'Do Not Disturb!"

I quit smoking because I lost my father to cancer, and didn't want to die that way nor do I want it to claim me too. I've struggled many times quitting real cigs so I switched to vaping, definitely have had a few slip ups here and there, mainly when drinking. In a year or two I would like to be free of it all.
