Just wanted to share my experience between the two. Not looking to start a war as this is all subjective...

So while I was rebuilding my KFL+ today, I decided to put a new head on a PT2 and filled it up. Man it was weak and flavorless to me. I used to live off of these I have like 8 of them. After the KFL+ was finished I used same juice and had a side by side comparison. Now that the clones are out and you can get a KFL+ for $40, why would anyone ever use a Kanger again?

OK this was my experience.... I am sure others may experience things differently. The only reason I even posted this is because I honestly could not believe just how large the difference is in both, flavor and vapor production. I even tried both on the same ProVari as well as different mods. I can't see myself ever going back, even as a backup. I'll be getting a 3rd KFL+ soon, or a Russian if I can find one.

YMMV but anyone on the fence of getting a KFL+ clone or real, maybe this will help with your decision. The KFL+ I built today was 2mm Ekowool 1.8ohms, the same ohms as the Kanger head I used. Same juice as well.

Just food for thought. Whatever you like enjoy it! Vape on!

You can rebuild the Kanger products all you want. I have many times. Cotton balls, gauze, cotton/hemp wick, etc...
Honestly, since you have both do a side by side, all I am saying is I was blown away by the difference.
As I am evolving as a vaper, so have my experiences, in the beginning I was buying a ton of replacement heads, and more tanks, etc... then rebuilding the heads, etc... I spent way more $$$ than a clone for instance...
I really wish someone would have said hey man... there are affordable clones out now and guess what? They are a better vape for you. (this is all my opinion of course)
That's all I am saying. I am not a Kanger hater I grew up on them... The difference is major to me anyways.
Vape on!

P.S. If this post offends anyone I am sorry. Perhaps the old man had too much wine...

I appreciate that mutant. I guess maybe I am starting a war, because I have to say they are not even close. Really.
I admit I am now sheets to the wind, but I just did another comparison... It isn't even the same ballpark.

I know good and well, I should not post the above... but I can't help it. It isn't even the same ballpark. Help yourself... get a Kayfun or a good dripper, I didn't even go there yet.

I am just glad I got away from these pro tanks, and although I realize many like them, I am not sure they get the difference. This is all about me and my personal observation. You could disagree, but I bet if you try both, you won't.

I am not sure why I felt the need to make this post. I am just truly blown away by the difference. I have had the Kayfuns for months and never looked back. For some reason today I decided to try the old protank2. Now I have ordered my wife a KFL+ to get her off the Kanger.
YMMV and it is all subjective, but really the KFL+ is the breaking bad blue compared to the pro tank stuff.

Vape On!

I am totally blown away by the KFL+ as well. I was an avid Protank/Evod user as well. I also have 4 RDA's, an RSST, a handful of Cisco Spec atties and who-knows-what-else . .and they ALL take a distant backseat to the KFL+. I mean, if a KFL+ is a 10 out of 10 for flavor, then my next best device, probably a Cisco Spec atty, is maybe a 6 or 7. Honestly, before I tried the KFL+ I had no idea a vape could even taste this good.

Definitely a Kayfun fanboy here . . I actually still use my Evods but ONLY when the large size/weight of the KFL+ is an issue .. . ie . .at work or travelling, etc. At home I will occasionally break out an RDA if there's a build or juice I want to try out . .but even my best tasting RDA pales in comparison to the flavor put out by the KFL+. I was reluctant to spend so much on an atty and now I am seriously considering getting another one!
