Your welcome, i bet your the only one. People don't read anymore.
When i turn 56 in Jan. and retire, i think i might sell batteries.:toast:

Gotta agree with you on that one - ppl just don't read enough. At the risk of sounding my age, I blame it on this instant technology era but don't get me started on that topic lol.

Good luck on the battery business! :)

So many of these posts lately. I'm wondering if the clearomizer/tanks are shorting out the battery.

Not in my case, the Kgo is still working good now. The only thing i did was take it apart and put it back together, noted "gunk" on the circuit board but didn't see anything else. I have no problems with any other battery{ KGO JOYETECH or no name}, and i did check every device im currently using. I did read somewhere on ECF that someone soldered the negative wire back on, that had the same type symptoms. As of right now its unknown why the battery was acting up and appears to be ok now.

I do not know if it will fix your problem but the KGO is notorious for the battery post inside the head slipping down and making little to no contact. some pull it up with a small screwdriver or tweezers. i used a bent paperclip

Agree with Thrasher. I've got two kgo's that are over 3 months old and work just fine. I've seen a youtube on how to do the post fix but can't remember what it was called.
Sorry i didn't read all the post. My bad................ I'm 56 and I can't remember what battery is in what device till I open it and look. That's why a label em all.

Hi maryliz,
How is your Kgo?
I was just making a bad joke about selling batteries. I just hate to see people mess up their batteries by trying to move the center pin of the battery. I actually read it here on ECF, someone was shorting it out in their own words......
Ive reached the 6 month mark and atleast twice didn't have a good connection, but was easy to fix without touching the battery.

i bought a kgo set a month ago or so. yes the newer (version 2) are different from the version 1. v2 does not have pulsating power going to the carto/atty of choice, rather its a linear power (so i was told by the vendor).....pwm?

the v2 batteries (both of them) would start bliking after 10 minutes after a full charge, i clicked the button 5 times and kept on vaping. i had to do this about 20 times before it finally died. i contacted the vendor and was told i am the only one with this problem. now after having had it this for a month, i am taking 2-3 second drags and the led doesnt give me the evil blink. if i take puffs longer than 4 seond, it will blink 5 times. these are supposed to have a 10 sec cut off but that is not the case. i was very surprised to hear that i was the only one with this problem, especially since i exchanged the first set for the very same reason. i emailed the vendor that these replaced batteries are just as faulty as the first set....i also told him that i wont be replacing them since (more than likely) they are all the same.

lesson learned, i like the form factor and size of these (1300 spinners are too long for my taste) they upgraded something that was working to the point of not working good at all. i wont be buying these again.
