KGO Mega Problems

Hey guys, I recently purchaces the KGO Mega VV from HoosierEcigs. I opened it, Fully Charged it. Stuck an atty on there after i powered it on with the five clicks and then fired it. Right? no I tried to fire it, the problem was, it wouldnt and still wont fire. When i dont have anything connected to it and i press the fire button it lights up a solid blue like its supposed to. But when i put an atty or a carto on there it wont fire. at all. it will blink once and thats it. I got it to fire for a slight second when it was set at 3 volts but it wasnt even a second that it fired. it just stopped. Now this thing is literally brand new. Just got it today in the mail. Any tips or helpful suggestions out there? I'm waiting on my protank to come in the mail and i really want this battery to work when it gets here. thanks so much everyone

Call Brett up. He's a standup guy and I'm sure if you explain it politely, he will take it back and credit you or send out a replacement. Sometimes you just get a defective item. Hoosier ecigs stands behind its products.

This happened to friend and I, sometimes it can be your cartomizer, some ecigs don't fire up with my nova, try another cartomizer on it

yep definitely try something else on it...i have a kgo fixed voltage and that battery in particular has the low post problem...not all my clearos work on it

Try another atty tank or something if it still doesnt work calll them and try to get a replacement

thanks for the input guys. I got ahold of them and they said they were sending me a replacement and they already shipped it!! amazing customer service there for sure.

i try to give them business whenever possible. he's probably a small outfit but he ships fast, his prices are low and they've got a good selection of everyday items

some of the high end stuff you cant get from hoosier and that ok but i always check there and mvs first
