The only thing I have noticed that is IR is the on off switch everything else works off the dongle I wouldn't want to use it for email or FB which is all possible with this box but for the little bit of typing for the box works fine. I don't use the email or browser apps anyway. If I did I would go for the full size keyboard.

hmmm ... I just might have to try this on my iPad. Then who needs a Kodi box.

I've seen other installs on iPad but you had to jump through hoops to get it loaded, this looks simple enough. Don't know about the build install though. Haven't tried any builds on my laptop's install of Kodi.

Here is the one exactly like it but doesn't turn the box off and on and they said there is no way to program it so it does.https://www.amazon.com/LESHP-Wirele...r=8-3&keywords=air+mouse+remote+with+keyboard

OK!

Thank you!

Now I know what y'all are talking about... sorry if I missed you posting that Amazon link earlier, I haven't read all the posts in this new thread yet

For 14 bux, I just might have to look into getting one of those, probably work good on a FireTV stick, etc. Plus, my TV remote sux. Bonus - it comes with a bluetooth USB receiver to be used on a PC that doesn't have BT.

And it won't matter to me if it doesn't turn 'the box' on or off, since I don't have one.

I don't think it is bluetooth I think it is 2.4 Ghz to the box just like a wireless keyboard or mouse that you can get for your computer. I unplugged the dongle from my laptop and plugged it into the box for setup worked just fine but can't seem to get it to connect to 2 dongles which I have only one at a time. Like I say it worked just fine. It might have BT also don't know. The box does but my understanding it sends a signal to the dongle.

First off, an apology if my 'paralysis thru analysis' comment disturbed anyone! Guess I had a major flashback to da days of 'dis is da best vaping setup'; much like 'count elbows & divide by two'.

@Iffy this is what I get when getting streams this is for Miss Perrigrines Home for Peculiar Children first 14 using Real Debrid...

Pat, hardly any diff dan what I posted, other dan you have one scrubber wid da same sources as I pretty much have using multiple scrubbers.

Hey do you guys have special streams you choose over others?

Da main point of my photo was to show dat one source is not always da best all da time. I just let da add-on (Exodus, Zen, etc) automatically determine da best source. I do not have to manually select da best, plus da movie/TV show will auto-start...

BTW, luv da increased traffic on da thread!
Seriously though, you shouldn't need that, just check your router settings, 5ghz has about 23 channels that don't overlap.

I'm seeing mention of BT and a PC. If anyone has a link to hook up BT to win7 premium, I'd appreciate it.

I have a BT dongle and there seems to be some software on the pc, but they don't work. Google says BT won't work on 7 either.
I don't know anything about that. My computer has BT but it is on the computer so it has an internal antenna for it. I use it for my hearing aids occasionally
