I have it set up on Zen but it doesn't differentiate between the RD and non channels but what I've watched the first 108 stream usually works and it is 1080 not 720 like you get with Exodus sometimes.
Yeah, I wonder if these addons do some sort of ping test to prioritize the providers. They obviously use logic of some sort.I have it set up on Zen but it doesn't differentiate between the RD and non channels but what I've watched the first 108 stream usually works and it is 1080 not 720 like you get with Exodus sometimes.
The streams I get on Zen at 1080 sure load up fast.Yeah, I wonder if these addons do some sort of ping test to prioritize the providers. They obviously use logic of some sort.
Real-Debrid gives you access to servers (providers) with better bandwidth, ie more likely to get a 1080 stream and usually with less buffering that standard providers. My experience has been that add-ons that support it will benefit well. I dont know what all add-ons support it, but I do know that Exodus, salts, and Zen all do.
Yeah thats what I had to do but they ok'd it right away and I'm home.SO...I called my Credit Union...they tell me that they won't authorize any payments on my debit card to any other country. Now I have to apply for a damn credit card. What a chore this is turning out to be...all I want to do is get Real Debrid.
It's not even as much as a coffee at Starbucks. But who buys coffee at Starbucks?Do I get some buffereing? Occasionally.
Do I get HD 1080 and even 4k? Sure
Do I care about getting 1080 etc? Knot reeely. As long as it's not a cam I'm content.
So for me, RD would be a waste of money.
YMMV
IDK if the HDTV antenna weren't so dependent on line of sight and I could find somebody to put it up I'd get one of the outdoor I can buy my own splitter but for $36 a month with HBO I think I will stick to Dish. They have a new package that is supposed to save you money but it's a money pit. $39 plus $10 for locals, $7 for DVR, $15 for HBO. I would never change packages if I did what I have is not available so I'd be more tempted. But for $36 with local, DVR, HBO I'd be crrazy to change it.
Yeah I edited that. I have been to Starbucks maybe twice in my life. Used to love the Caramel Machiato the 2 times I went though. I can eat at a junk fast food joint for that.Eye hait star*ucks.
To me... makes no sense to add annuder PITA to the pot.
Plus Florida is pretty flat correct? That makes a big diff I think. I'm going to check the TV in the motorhome with the old VHF antenna and see how many channels I get I have a converter box. I think I tried it once and got a couple of them but for now I really have a cheap Dish package and as long as I don't change it they can't take it away from me, who am I kidding they can do anything they want at that point I will drop Dish and do what I have to do to get the channels I want. I have a friend who would put the antenna up and if I had that I think PS Vue would be a good alternative. Works really well and a lot of channels. Maybe not tho because all the shows I watch are on Kodi.OK, on a re-quest (aka re-research) fer an OTA HD external antenna (indoor sucked). Fortunately, 90% of my targeted/desired 'local' stations are 48°-58°Az and no more da 45 miles yonder. Just determining da best home setup location. Gonna try to max utilize my ol' existing cable TV cabling.
Dis is just a heads-up to let y'all know I'll report my success, or lack thereof.
BTW, it's tuff to find a directional pattern/fixed 'tenna (all I need) without a rotational motor/remote. What I really would luv and buy in a 'tick/click' would be a wi-fi from 'tenna to house input wid a 50 mi. reception range.
PLMK if anyone finds one! I haven't...
