Kids... Kinda bugs me.

I was just at my local B&M and I gotta say I was a little mad. It looked like an arcade from the 80's with all the jr high and highschoolers hanging out and vaping. I know it is legal for them to do so (as long as there is no nicotine). However i gotta think that this is why vaping is getting such a bad rap! I started vaping to quit smoking, that's it. I don't understand why these kids are doing it! Maybe I'm starting to show my age as I'm almost 40, but I can't be the only one. I just needed to vent a bit as "my" rights are getting screwed so kids that can't even vote on said issues can do something for nothing but novelty. Thanks for the quick therapy session!

The B&M stores around my area enforce an 18+ rule, so if you're 18, you can be in there, and not too many obnoxious ones come in there, but there is one or two every once in a while. I've seen the store owner politely ask them to leave and when they get cocky, she politely points to the sign on the front of the store where there is a sign that says "We enforce the right to refuse service to anyone". You might want to check on the laws in your state, and even what's going on in the B&M store you're going to. That shouldn't be happening as far as I know.

It sure is here in the UK. Pretty sure it's also not illegal for them to vape nic or smoke, just very highly frowned upon. I rarely see kids here vaping though, but I do see plenty smoking.

I'd imagine so because of the cost difference and accessibility, even here in 'Murrica.

Here in L.A., every shop I've gone to is clearly marked 18+ before entering. Only once did I see a youngster in a shop, however he was accompanied by his parent that simply walked in to get something, then leave right after.

They do it for the same reasons people start smoking at a young age, to loook cool

I would approach the store owner and inquire as to why there is not an 18 year age limit. Nicotine or no nicotine it is bad for business and vaping in general.
