Hi. I have been trying to find a rebuildable option for a carto pipe. I have been using a trident on it but wanted to go back to the clean look of the stock pipe. I just saw that they cloned the killer 705 and thought that would a great option since I wouldnt feel bad about modding and maybe destroying a cheap atomizer. Anyways I have done a quite a bit of searching and havent been able to find any specs on it. The bore on the pipe is 45mm x 13mm, made for an xl carto. If anybody has any info I would appreciate it.

If you're thinking of the smoktech terminator (also a killer clone, I think the other one is made by rainbow heaven) I just got some to play around with. I heard they were a huge PITA to rebuild, but I didn't have a problem. The main piece is about 48mmx just under 13 at the widest, standard carto size 9mm at the top and bottom. You also have to use a juiceflow controller (it's a 510 to 510 connector with a special pin so you don't have to screw it down all the way, which adds about another 13mm fully open. I cut off a bunch of the top empty tube to make it fit in my 19mm xl ibtanked.
I find it has an airy draw, so I'm thinking about plugging up one of the holes at 510 - other than that, I'm very pleased.

I picked mine up from discount vapers. I haven't gotten it to work though. I keep breaking the ceramic cup. And it doesn't fit an xl carto tank. It's a bit too short.

How much shorter is it. I was thinking that I could unscrew the juice flow control and put a shim with o rings to extend it and shut off the juice flow so it wouldnt leak. I had thought about buying a diver since they are the right size but the juice flow channels on it look harder to block off than the killer.
What size of wire were you using on your build. I had worried, since it was designed before the popularity of 28 gauge, it wouldnt play well with thicker or twisted wires. You could also try putting a little VG on the bottom of the cup to help slide it on.

I saw that one, they looked like a cheaper chrome plated version. The size sounds like it would work and they are certainly easier to find than the rainbow heaven version I might have to pick one up to try out, that is if I dont get sidetracked and forget. I just had an idea for a glass tank design for my kayfun while writing this. It took me ten minutes get out a couple of sentences. ADD is just wonderful sometimes, I now have to work up a cad model to see if its doable. Let me know what terminator its made of if you have the time.

As I said I haven't gotten a working build in it just yet. I believe it is the Rainbow Heaven version from DV. Next time I pick up cups I'll try some VG, but I don't think that will work. I only have a couple XL carto tanks to test with at the moment. I beleive all the way screwed in the very top of the atty just barely seals on the bottom side of the o ring in the top cap. Oh and I doubt there is room for twisted coils. It's a small area to work with.

Thanks for the info. I hope you are able to get it to work, it sucks getting a new toy and not being able to play with it.

I'd like to see your Pipe.
Sounds like you want to use the Killer as a Cartomizer(no tank?)
Killer has no capacity to do that well at all.
I'd will work nicely as a Dripper without the tank. This is how I test mine when I re-coil them.

Killer 705 id s few mm shorter than an XL carto. Will fit in an XL tank but requires a Drip tip that can slip inside the top tank cap.
Just ran one for 2 weeks in an F-16 tank while waiting for a replacement X8.(std. tank)

Its just a jazz carto pie from gatech, but I enjoy puffing on it around the house. The big problem I have with using the trident on it is that I cant lay it on its side with out the atomizer leaking. I was planning on using the killer tankless and running a microcoil and cotton with extra long wick ends that I would double over in the upper part of the killer. I figure I would end up with a extra capacity dripper and still keep the stock pipe look. I thought about getting a diver since they make one the right size. But the feed holes on it would be tougher to block off.
