Kinda dumb noobie question about the eGo Charger

So I just got my eGo and I love it! Produces so much better than my stock 510 batteries. But I've noticed when I charge the batteries for the first time, I connected the USB charger to the wall charger and charged it. It took 30 min for the USB part to turn green but the wall (a/c) part was still red. So question is, do both lights need to turn green for full charge? Or the USB turning green is good enough?

Just the USB turns green.
