Between TW and TEC which carries the same products and I'm pretty sure is under the same ownership, I've spent maybe $400 over the last year.
The products are good, sometimes best of type, always at least average. The prices are usually the highest in the field. Are you familiar with Monster Cable? TW's position in the e-cig industry is much like Monster's in consumer electronics accessories.
You're seeing the deletions because the owner of TW does not take to criticism well at all. Also, when people do have problems with a product or a shipment, TW's US office people become difficult to reason with if you can reach them at all.
Even though I'm a pretty good customer, the one time I had a problem due to their poor packing of a shipment, I had to use my 30+ years experience in commerce and become "customer from Hell" in order to get what I had paid for. It certainly wasn't worth my time. I did it only out of principle. From this experience, I now buy only when they have a sale.
Recently there was so much mud flying in their direction that the owner got on line and promised some changes. Still, as a customer, it feels like I'm a distraction to them, keeping them from doing their work, whatever that is. In all fairness, I've had employees with this attitude, but I've at least turned them around or gotten rid of them quickly before they polluted the rest of my staff.
BTW: If you don't read this soon after I post it, it will almost certainly be removed.
At least TW isn't a government. If they were, with their attitude, I'd be getting a knock on the door about now.
