I just want to give a heads up to anyone thinking of using this Asian based E-cig supplier.

I have brought many products from various "E-cig" suppliers in the past 2 years all without no problems, but this company needs to be named and shamed for the services or lack of that was given to me.

I placed an order with them for over $200 worth of items. including RDA's, RBA's, Mods and Accessories.

Prior to placing the order I received quotes from various other suppliers at cheaper quotes. I was informed by King Conti that their prices were higher due to the excellent quality and Service they provide. I decided to choose this supplier on these grounds, hoping I would receive good quality products. How wrong was I.

All of the RBA's And RDA's, I recieved had bad quality seals on them, which made the tops of the tank to easily slip off without any force needed. These bad quality seals also resulted in leaking juice. Although this was a problem and the items were just for me ( I wasnt selling them on), I thought this was not a problem i couldnt fix with fitting my own seals. However one item, A 3D Atomizer was a different story. The Screws which hold the coils in place we badly threaded, in fact you could pull the screws out with your fingers and they wouldnt tighten. I told the supplier this and their answer was " they are supposed to do that". What? why would they have screws if you could pull them out with your fingers? They would not hold my coils in place, making the 3d Atomizer completely useless.

My Next problem was a "Hammer Mod", with this you get 2 tubes to allow larger batteries to be fitted. The long tube that allows a 18650 battery was basically "too long", so when a battery was inserted it just rattled around inside the tube and obviously no connection could be made with the firing pin. I went to a local E-cig store and compared my 18650 tube with the tube in the shop and straight away it was obvious it was way too big. I told the supplier and after 2 days of emails they said they would replace the items with my next order. As all of the items I received from them were bad quality, I had no intention of reordering again from them. So I told them sorry but i wanted a replacement or refund.
They then told me i must send video proof of the faulty items. Which I did. along with 20 or so photos, skype conversations and various Youtube videos clearly showing the faults. King Conti's reply to this then went........"We did not supply you these items!"...What! YES YOU DID!. they would not offer me a refund and told me to open a case with PAYPAL, which i did. Straight away the seller informed PAYPAL that "There is nothing the matter with the E-CIG items they sent me".
As you may or may not know.......PAYPAL DO NOT accept any liabilty or want anything to do with ECIG items or their parts or accessories. I explained that they were not ecigs, only atomizers and battery tubes, they said it is still related to ECIGS and therfore I am not covered.

The seller had obviously knew this (probably from previous experience, from other displeased customers) and knew exactly what to say to PAYPAL to ensure no refund could be taken.

Please take this as a warning. If you order any vaping, ecig products, accessories, tubes, batteries, chargers (anything related to ECIGS) from anywhere, and use paypal, and for some reason they dont turn up or like me, you are sent rubbish, you will not be able to get your money back.
