Yeah I notice the taste too. Though with me it's very light and now almost not noticable. The first two days I started e-smoking (it was an e-cigar so probably worse than normal) I thought I would throw up. This went away after two days and now I hardly notice it.... except for the constant stomach rumbling.
ok - put the other battery on started working again.
seems like I have one battery faulty - I had left it on charge overnight and only lasted about two hours.
the weird thing which I havent seen others report is the constant flashing with the auto switch
it would flash for about 12 times and their would be no smoke hopefully ruyan could shed light on this
the plastic taste is less obvious now - maybe im getting used to it.

The penstyle I have from Mel... If the battery is dead it will just flash when you try to draw on it, and keep flashing for 10 seconds or so. So yeah, probably dead battery.

tiny blinky LED on the auto switch is a flat battery. Two hours battery life seems OK to me - I'm kinda constant when I'm doing this. Have you been using it a lot (new toy kinda thing)?

from what I have read it should last me most of the day (as does my 2nd battery) - 2hrs would be very poor maybe some thing we could expect from mini's
havent really been puffing constant - averaging once every 20 mins or so - so 6 - 8 sessions and its gone. whilst yesterday the 2nd battery lasted over 10 hours and still had life in it

This means your battery should be charged. Try using the manual switch with the same battery (charged). Does it work?
2 hours of puffing... should be ok if you puff a lot.

Less lucky is that you can only charge one battery at a time an dthat there's only one charger in the box.
both manual and auto work fine - I still prefer my auto (cus im lazy)
fear is my biggest problem - I still think e-cigs (esp premium ones) should be shipped with 2 atomizers
also the burning taste is definately only happening when your cartridge is near empty so I always pop a new one

oh I also only have one charger waiting for the USB one to arrive (21st July) so that should fix the charging issues

nr4 is great - better than mlb imo, has a nice slight burnt caramel taste to it and hits my lungs nicely
whats ur favourite - did you find that MLB a bit harsh and if you were going to reorder what would it be
the Jantys are definately the next level in ecigs - its just getting the right flavour - MLB's give me a ok hit but do taste like licking ashtrays

has anyone tried the HD carts? Howl ong on average do they last? Does anyone know if the Normal classic carts will fit the SmartFixx penstyle? I hope they do as they are less than 1/2 the price of Smartfixx's and they have more flavors to choose from
ive never tried anything else other than HD and they last me the whole day.

I found pack of NR4 - kicks ... !! also a pck of Ori -i think these are orientels which from reading seem to taste of piss - so i will give these a miss. (ryhmes)
