I commented - it has to be approved but I don't see why not so it should be there soon.
I would like to state that I quit a 30 year 2 plus pack a day habit using ecigs. I tried cold turkey, lozenges, the patch. Didn't work but ecigs did work for me.
Ecigs are so much safer for people than smoking. Up to 99% safer. There is no side stream smoke and little chance of second hand vapor [from studies].
Nicotine isn't really bad for you. No worse than caffeine. The real problem with nicotine is that it is being smoked in tobacco leaves.
I ask you to consider your neighbors, your friends and your family members that smoke even if you don't. This technology is wonderful and a real boon to people who smoke.
I don't know of any places that sell ecigs to those under 18 years of age and have no problem with that being formalized into law. I have no problem with individual establishments that ask that you not vape in their business. I do not think there needs to be laws against
vaping considering it really isn't harmful to others and is pretty close to absolutely not harmful to the user of the product.
A ban against ecigs would be like a ban against coffee. Sure, there are those that don't like the smell of coffee and there are those opposed to drinking coffee [for instance, Mormons would not drink coffee for religious reasons] but there is not a need to ban coffee.
