OK then-Dislike: Looking at starter kit are the ego's 5 Cartridges empty, most will want to vape right now. How do I load the cartridges.
and what Ohm's are the 510 atty's?
Not staying on site: Not enough info corresponds with product. Charts maybe or the standard 4,000 bad things in cigs. Info age-to much-not enough.
Staying on the site: because there's a daily joke,quote. Love startups and this vaping is going to go big. Your site is easy on the eyes.
buy for someone: Looking to get my sister hooked. She's the type if it's a hassle, it's a no go. That's why I got to hook her first and then buy a gift. Have a site with her stuff and info all in one bag. She's a nurse. ha ha. It's got to be easy as One click for reorder.

I am really pleased with the starter kit price! Excellent, especially with the holidays coming up. I've bookmarked you for my gift giving needs LOL. I would love to see the kits in more colors too.

I would like to see a wider variety of products too, ming tips, lanyards, attys, cartos, spare batts/chargers etc. Cones. I also recommend the Twists, in colors. I think a Twist kit would be awesome, and matching cones for available colors.

Not to sound bad but I *looked* for a reason to click off your site. Just to see what I'd find. And I found nothing, no reason. I think if I was looking to order a few things my biggest reason for not ordering with you would be because I can get those items somewhere I'm already shopping and pick it all up in one shot and save shipping.

But when I'm ordering a kit for my Mom, I will be ordering it from you!

I love random contests, not based on number of likes, etc. I love this contest because you took an honest desire for your customers opinion and made it something fun and are giving back, thank you for that! Your genuine care for what we want is huge.

I have seen the mathematically smallest sales get huge results, and seen huge sales flop. It's all in how its presented. Free shipping Friday, Monday mania, deal of the day, etc. I'm a sucker for free shipping, personally. To me the sale itself almost doesn't matter. The fact that there *is* a sale gets me looking. Well, when I have money lol. Handwritten thank you, suprise drip tip or carto or little cute gift are things that keep me coming back. I once got a little toy animal with an order and I talked about it for *days* lol The toy itself probably cost the vendor a quarter at most. The results were displayed in word of mouth advertising.

These are my opinions, just things I notice personally in my ordering experiences. Thank you so much for *wanting* to hear them. And thank you for the contest!

Entry 2. I definitely buy for friends and family when I shop. I've bought a few things to get people started, so they can see that vaping is better than smoking. And I always add a little something to my orders for someone, maybe a new flavor, an extra atty, or a few cartos. I figure I'm already paying the shipping, so why not pick up a few extras.

-Your eGo kit prices are awesome, probably the best I've ever seen, everything else is reasonably priced

Our site? what do you dislike? what makes you not stay on the site? What makes you stay on the site?
-The site looks good so far in terms of appearance, both easy on the eyes and simple to navigate through. The things I dislike: Your selling kits at awesome prices but are not offering the standards (maybe site is unfinished?) but definitely need to have some atomizers(possibly some rebuildable atties), cartomizers, spare batteries and some time in the future, your own brand of ejuice. Most people like a one-stop shop to get everything they need. One last thing I would suggest is to do away with the "Newsletter unsubscribe" link or get rid of the unsubscribe part in the link. Then also give the option to subscribe on the page as well. What I Like: Your about page, your tag lines and product descriptions. Your eGo prices makes me stay on your site.

Entry One: I think your prices are great and your overall site design is good.The only change id make is to maybe add an American flag into the background to unify our theme and start carrying more cartomizers and atties. Like the above poster said if people dont see what they need on your site they are apt to just get everything from another supplier even at a higher price. You might also be able to work out a deal to carry a popular brand of juice on your site and add a monthly subscription. Some older people (like my mom) get lost on a computer and this is very conveneinet for me when I can pay for her juice and set a up a recurring subscription.

Well i love your site... easy for me to look around and find and see what i would like.
i love the drip tips! adding a bigger variety of drip tips would keep me coming back.
i would also like to see single batteries for sale as i and many others may not need the whole kit just a replacement battery.
coupon codes an maybe a weekly special and good prices on your starter kits !

I applaud you for soliciting feedback from your customer base.....that is what makes a good business, you want insight into the people you serve.

what do you dislike: no juice. I like one stop shopping. Otherwise, paying shipping at 2 sites is costly.

What makes you stay on the site: the HOME link pretty much takes you to the heart of what you need to know, about Us, contact Us, site map, gift certificate faq (which is very well described!).

I thought the link to What Is a Personal Vape could be improved with photos. SHOW what a cartomizer, atomizer, etc. loooks like. Newbies need to know this. As an ex copywriter, I can tell you that huge blocks of nothing but text ... people will not read it. It looks like too much "work." LOL Break it up, make it easier for the eye to just take in small chunks at a time. Newbies are pretty overwhelmed to begin with.

Are you buying for friends family? Yes, both. I've gotten people into vaping and while they're still on the learning curve, I have to purchase for them since they don't really know what they want or need yet.

What are you looking for promotions contests or? My main reason for entering contests is to get other people started on vaping. In turn, that provides vendors with new customers. Since I can't afford to buy people stuff, it's just really nice to be able to hand them something to "borrow" or "keep", so they can get started right away! I save juice samples of stuff I don't like. If you leave them and walk away, sometimes they won't quit smoking.....its just great to help smokers get started on vaping!

I know you are new and so expect you will build out your inventory, just think about if a cusotmer buys a kit, what else will they need? You can't carry everything, so decide "who" you want to be. I'd say the beginning vaporer so far, looking at your site. Partner up with a juice maker, carry some accessories like Lanyards, more drip tips, anything that they might want to "go with" their kit. I think you have to consider cartomizers as well. And maybe a few mini tanks.

I don't think you have to carry everything under the sun like some people seem to want, not every vendor can keep that kind of inventory. YOu don't need batteries, you are not selling mods yet. For instance.
