I made a fruity vape with just a bit of koolada - the problem here is that when I vape it, it feels like it is literally freezing my throat - I only made it like 2% koolada. is this too much?

Some people like that much. I keep it at 1% or lower and it's plenty frosty to me. When I first got it I tried it around 10%, LOL! My throat seized up mid-inhale.

Koolata is very powerful stuff so reduce to 1% If it is still to powerful you can dilute it to let say 10% or 1ml koolata to 9ml PG then adding 5% of that to your mix will give you .5% of the full strength stuff.

alright. thanks for the help. I had no idea koolada was going to be that strong lol, it was extremely shocking

Koolada is a strange... but nicely so.... additive. I use it extensively for TH but not coolness. (I use menthol for that.) Have you ever put your hand in water that's either so cold it feels hot or, worse, so hot it feels cold? That's how Koolada works. Under a certain level it will be "cool" as they describe it but go over that and its "hot." That's how and why I use it... especially in very low or zero nic juice. If I want that kind of TH and want a cool vape, then I add menthol for the cool.

Koolada is great for fruits. I don't go more than .5%. It does decrease the vapor a touch too. I'm not a menthol guy but I like come cool in some of my mixes, esp apple mixes. My first foray with Koolada was @ 3%, Apple Fritter became Apple Freezer.
