There is nothing wrong with having a real cigarette, if need be...think of it in terms of how many cigarettes have been avoided. Anything is better than just smoking all the time. And also,yes, going to a higher nic level often does the trick.

If your mom was a heavy smoker, next time you order cartomizers or juice I would suggest you get different nicotine levels (18, 24, and 36) so she can experiment until she finds the right level for her. Even if she needs the 36 right now, that may taper off in time as alot of ecig users have experienced. I'm at 24 now and my next order will be 18, I feel ready to step down my nic level.
