I've only been vapng for a month but I've used a 510 auto, 808 manual, 808 auto, and riva 901
Right now I am incredibly satisfied with my 808...auto especially but manual when the battery is drained,
I love the th,,,I love the flavor,,,I love the warmth,,,I love everything about it,,,above and beyond anything else I have tried,
Recently I ordered a passthru for those times (read: nights drinking) when I want 'more'.

All of these mods,,,all of these different kits and units,,,what am I missing? What is better than the 808?

The Bloog Maxx Fusion is better IMO although I still love 808's.

What is better than the 808?

Intriqken,

I’ve only used two-piece systems. The KR808, CigEasy’s Elegant, Elegant XXL (both use KR808 cartomizers) and the new Go-Go/Go-carts.

My interest was in battery life so that’s why I tried, and was very satisfied with, the Elegant and Elegant XXL.

As soon I became adept at carto refilling, I was perfectly happy with my e-cigs. I painlessly transitioned from analogs and in the last year I’ve smoked 2 or 3 cigarettes to compare with vaping. There is no comparison. I’m hooked on flavor now instead of smoke.

What’s better than KR808’s? I can’t tell you. All I know is that I’ve been off cigarettes for 361 days and I never thought that would have been possible.

I’m using the Go-Go and Go-carts now because the battery lasts almost 3 days and the 3ML Go-cart is amazing. If the Go-Go didn’t exist I’d be happily vaping with The Elegant. If the Elegant didn’t exist … I’d be content with my KR808 batteries.

If you want a vaping experience to mimic the analog experience as closely as you can get … the KR808 is the way to go. No dripping and long battery life.

I can’t speak for the other e-cig models because I didn’t want to do anything more complicated than screw on a cartomizer and vape. For me the KR808s replaced smoking perfectly with the least hassle.

If vaping didn’t completely satisfy the need to smoke … I’d be searching for a battery carto combo that would do the trick. Like everything else … I found it the last place I looked so I didn’t continue looking for it.

You know,,,I don't know if I want to mimic analogs any more. I like the throat hit,,,,I like the vape...I especially like the flavor as opposed to an analog I don't know if I am looking for an analog experience so much as I seek the perfect vape. For me...right now....seeking and seaching is so much rewarding and satisfying than analogs ever were for me

Then it really comes down to budget. The Go-Go and Go-carts at CigEasy produce great TH and vapor and ... the Go-Carts are the only cartomizers I've used that act like new after many many refills. They're indestructible! I'm waiting to see how the Bloog MaxxFusion batteries and cartos measure up.

intriqken: I was just about to post a very similar, but more constrained question. Like you, I love my 808 (I love the cartos and I love using a 901 atty on it as well -- great versatility). The one thing I have been wondering is what I am missing out on by never having tried the other very popular "starter" e-cig: the Joye 510.

Since you have used both the 510 and 808, I would love to hear your comparison between the two.
