KR808 D-1 vs D-2

Thanks for the earlier responses about the Cig2O. The info on LeCig's Web site was especially helpful - their customer service said that the Cig2O is a D-1. There's also a video on their site that describes the difference between the D-1 and the D-2 (basically the connection is a little longer on the D-2) and mine does appear to be a D-1 based on just looking at the proportions. But does anyone have figures on the length just to make sure before I place an order for another brand of cartomizer to be sure they will fit?

My D1's threads seem to be about 3mm long (the whole protruding thread section, not just where the threads are)?

Vapesafe sells single KR808D-1 prefilled cartos - they may not be refillable but if their shipping is cheap that would be a cheap way to try one.


And BTW - LeCig's "d1" cartos do not have the same airflow as a other KR808D-1 cartos. KR808D-01 cartos like Boge and Vapor4Life have a grooved slot across the pole of the carto to add extra airflow. The leCig D1 cartos have no groove.

Thanks for the info! I was leaning toward the V4L Nuports (we're trying to cut out analogs completely - we both smoke menthol and DH smokes Newports, and they seem to have good reviews as far as taste and also for vapor production). I'm pretty certain this is a D1, so I think I'm going to risk it.
