Recieved mine today. When pluged into the USB to charge the pcc, the light turns red. Will it change when it's fully charged? Same for when you screw a kr battery on, will it change?

I received my PCC from a different vendor, so I can't say for sure, but most of them seem to behave the same. The charging light for the PCC itself will change from red to green when it is fully charged. (Mine took several hours the first time I charged it, and somewhat less time thereafter.) The battery charger light will remain solid red while charging, and will then change to an occasional blinking light when the charging function is complete. Hope this helps.
