kr808 PT stopped working

My PT just stopped working. Got it from litecigusa about 2 weeks ago. I sanded the contacts with sand paper (a suggestion) and cleaned them very well. It works sometimes on the first push (manual PT) then stops working. I cant find a way to take it apart to look at the inside. HELP?

That has been known to happen, something having to do with your USB port is only able to put out 500mA and your PV needs 1A. I assume you have tried using different USB ports.

Yup. I tried all of them on the 'puter, then all of them on my powered USB hub. Still doin it. It was working just fine a few days ago on all of them.

My PT clogged after 9 days and stop working. I dipped the thread part in isopropyl alcohol for few mins. I had to hold it because I didn't want the iso to get into the battery part. Then poke the tiny holes around the thread with my tweezer or pin. Clean the ring with the tip of paper towel and use a different corner to clean the middle. There is a video on YouTube but I can't seem to find it now.
