ok,
I have a kr808d-1 i bought from litecig. it works great.
2 batteries and a usb pass through.
The cartomizers i got from them work great also.

Now the issues...
I bought some dual coil cartomizers from Clouds of Vapor.
They did not work. the connection was different. My other carts are slotted where they contact the battery and these were not.
Bruce was great about taking them back and sent me the boge 1.8 ohm 808 cartomizers.
These are slotted but they do not work either. WTF?

More issues,
I ordered mega low 2 ohm blank carts from Nhaler sloted also and they dont work. WTF?
I also ordered the Jumbo low resistance catrs 2.3-2.6 ohm....these work

Anyone have any ideas?

I am sooo ...... right now. HELP

They might be those new fancy cartomizers. What you might do is put them up as a PIF gift, or sell or trade them in the classifieds, and go back to litecigusa and get some plain old KR808d-1 cartomizers. I got some from there, and they work just fine, plugged into the wall or going on a car ride with a tastefully bedazzled wireless.

Some of the new fancy ones will get too hot with regular KR808d-1s, and everywhere you look you see people having problems with them. I'd send them to a new Forever Home with a tinkerer who will give them the love you can't.

A regular 808 or any slim battery isn't meant for LR and especially dual core, sounds like they are trying to pull more current than the battery can give. If you want to run dual core or lr you'll need to move up in battery size. Even if you could get them to fire on the regular slim batteries, battery life would be severely reduced and it isn't that great already with those.

These are the EXTRA LONG XL 380mah batteries
They do not work on the pass through weather it is plugged into the wall or the computer

What they call "batteries" are the wireless e-cigarettes themselves, the long one you put the cartomizers onto.

It can get so confusing, what you might consider doing is just going to vapor4life.com where everything goes with everything.

They cost more than litecigusa, but you can get wireless ones with no pushybutton with your choice of light-up jewel on the end. And just for the ease of not having to worry about it while you figure everything out, you'll end up actually saving money even with the higher prices.

Get their "cool carts" for blank cartomizers.

oh I forgot to tell - vaporforlife sells nothing but KR808d-1 stuff, that's why everything goes with everything.

But litecigusa does have lower prices (although they only have short ones with a light-up jewel, and it only lights up white)

So another thing you might do, is call them up, tell them you are new, and got the wrong cartomizers by mistake. I doubt they can take them back, but they can help you make sure you get the right kind for the KR808d-1 that you have.

The ones you need are just the regular ones, they are the cheapest, and they work great, at least for me they do. The only thing is that right now they are out of pink. :(

I've been using these batteries since I started vaping in March.
I've always been under the impression that you can't use anything other than standard resistance cartos with these batts.

I recently purchased a 650 mah iGo. Love it. It comes with dual coil 3ml cartos.
I doubt the cartos actually take 3 mls but they certainly take more juice than a standard 808 carto.

the kr808 is an awesome PV they just wont be able to handle the dual coils. I had to buy a kgo eGo 1100 mAh 2 battery kit to convince my husband to switch from his. and he still took his 808 to work today lol
The kr808 is cheap to maintain parts are inexpensive, doesnt suck excessive amounts of juice down, the batteries last most of the day (even for my husband who is a truck driver and vapes alot in the truck), and they are really easy to refill. for as small as they are and how much like an analog they can look like they really give a nice TH and vapor even without dual coils.

I dont have a problem with going back to litecig and just using their carts.
i really do like the kr808 other than these recent issues

Buy an iGo.
Your current 808 stuff will work with it.
The iGo
But I got my stuff here:

Bill is a great vendor.

I'm still using my original 808 batts as well as the big iGo because the smaller batts fit in my pocket better while I am walking around outside at work.

I love the IGO for that very reason, that I can put my 808's on there and vape away for a variety, saving the big carts for my most favorite liquids! Bill is a 5 Star supplier D and B Gold - Home
