So I'm curious if this might help with the atty problems I've been having.I have a DSE901 and love it but the atty's don't last too long for me.If I have a good atty it will just burn out and die in a week or two if I have a atty that isn't producing alot of vapor it will freaking last forever.I have about 5 atty's that produce hardly any vapor but they never die.I've tried many methods of cleaning them and dosen't help the vapor production at all.So I was wondering if I'm correct this cartomizer or what ever you call it will fit a 901 as well and I was just wondering if that is true? Also wondering can it be re filled by me with my liquid also do these seem to last a long time or die quickly? Thanks for any input.

Cartomizers do not work on 901. The reason is because the 901 batt doesn't have any air holes on the threads. I have heard of people modding the 901 batt to make cartos work though. For me I think the carto last about as long as an atomizer. I usually get better performance out of a carto over a 901 atty. Hope this helps

Measure the resistance of the atty coils; I bet you will find that the ones that last forever, but produce little vapor, have a higher resistance. The 901 atty normal coil resistance is about 3 to 3.5 ohms. Some of the 901 attys I received new measured almost twice that. They don't produce very well at 3.7 volts; however, they work better at 5 volts.

Quality control; NOT! lol

There are 901 to carto adapters. Here's a post I made to someone in the 901 forum about it recently. FYI, there is also a different, smaller, in my case (with my 901 style mod) more effective adapter out there, one of which I received as a bit of a mystery in a Health Cabin order: Apparently they gave me two different versions of 901 to carto adapter, one being what you'll see in my link above, the other being a smaller gold-toned one that works better, with my mod's 901 connector anyway. I think Nhaler may carry that version too. Might be worth a look anyway.
