KR808D-1 tip

I just got an order in today from FreedomSmokesUSA, and on a whim I had added a couple of 510/901 black delrin drip tips to that order. I use KR8 cartos and often burn my lips on them after a few good vapes on my PT. The 510/901 tips fit perfectly into the ends of the cartos and keep my lips from being burned. I also find that I'm getting less juice spillage than I did when using the standard soft white tips on cartos.

If you use kr8 cartos, consider getting some of these drip tips even if you're not dripping.

I'll use a drip tip or the mouthpiece that comes with the CE2 cartos. Both work just fine.

Hey Toddos, I'm so glad you posted this thread, b/c I have a KR808D-1 too, and have been wondering if drip tips were compatible. I'm a newbie, still learning and trying to figure all this stuff out. Quick questions...when using the drip tip on your carto, do you have to remove the polyfill from the carto to drip? How many drops to you drip? Just can't quite figure out how this works yet, but will be ordering the drip tip once I know.

I don't have a kr808d-1, but my understanding is that you put the drip tip on just for comfort and ease of filling: take it off to drip into the side of your carto and then put it back on again. Am I right?

That's what I've been doing. The drip tip is just there to keep my lips from being burned and to provide easy access for topping up. Actually dripping into a drip tip on a kr8 doesn't work out so well since it drips right into the middle of the carto which you don't want to do with a kr8.

Hot-Lips, Oops, I mean Toddos, glad you found that solution. Many people I know would rather have a flat tip than suck on the round carto. They like that mouthpeice look. Now I can let them know how to do it!
