Kr808d1 Riva Cannot Connect Battery to Charger

I just got my kit and it looks like the connection of the battery and the usb charger or not matching. There is no way these two are going to screw in. Anybody with a Kr808d1 Riva kit know what i am doing wrong?

Contact the place you bought it from. There could have been a mixup with the order. Wouldn't be the first time that has happened.
