I also just got some mail from James This box is looks even better than the pictures, even my gf who has given me crap over paying 55 bucks for as she puts it "a plastic box with some wires" was impressed with the finished product. The wiring inside is so clean and obviously done with care and precision, also not full of epoxy which is a huge plus in my book. I am vaping it with a map tank and an IKV 2.5 carto at around 5v and this thing is hitting like a monster!
Just like others have said before we are incredibly lucky to have James around to build us quality affordable mods that can sit side by side performance wise with mods that are 4 times the price!
Thank you James, I will definitely be back for another
+1 ^, I completely agree. I've been vaping my little VV box exclusively since I received it. There are some angry little mods around me getting neglected!
James I have been lurking this thread for a week now and I have my idea all mapped out. Now I just have to quit the analogs completely so I can reward myself with one of your sweet mods. I'll be back.
Sorry for being away from the thread for a bit ladies and gents been working on class stuff and had a few other things to take care of and haven't exactly gotten to do a lot of modding but...I got something the ladies might just love coming up in the next little while.
Yeah, ok here is a little freebie up front to get ya excited:
When you first coat it twice, sand it and then coat it again, then you also could do metallic painting, like cars. I want a silver metallic cadilac. or blue metalic with silver or gold accents. OMG just htink of the posibilitys.
I'm fairly sure you're getting into some expensive stuff at that point. It's pretty time intensive as it is, are you talking about doing like a flake gloss coating? Something that has a sheen and metal flake but you can see the other coats through?
Oh yeah, but that would be too much I think for a plastic box, but who knows, some of the ladys would love them. Shiny, fashion, with a nice beautifull sticker, overcoated with transparent coat. lol
I know there is a big market for the wood mods but honestly with how nice the guys are that do the wood mods like Hog and Capt from Red Sky I just can't do that to those guys. Those guys have an amazing skill and do a great job with them and I don't have the facilities for it.
I think I may offer the painting to others on the mods but it may have to be slightly pricey, can I get some feedback from you guys about how you would feel for like $20 for the service? I want to charge less but it's pretty time intensive.
