KSD Kmax problems

I bought one from fast tech.The board was faulty from the start. The voltages were all over the place.Nothing was right. I sent it back to fast tech which really goes to Miami. After a few emails and days they informed me that they have discontinued carrying it.
On alibaba they posted a statement in their rollover graphic sayinf fasttech was no longer allowed to sell any KSD products.Accused them of selling inferior copies of the kmax. Now there are sites selling them all the way up to 80 bucks. Wish I could trust the kmax as I really liked it.

Yeah, Just got mine today and I got an issue, not sure if it is the Voltage or the Atomizer Resistance Indicator. My Pro-tank read as 2.2 Ohms , So I usually just double that number to Volts and it usually works out pretty good, but with the KSD Kmax I set it to 4.4 Volts and it was way too hot, nothing but burnt taste. I dropped it down to 4.1 and it has got to be the best vape I have ever gotten out of the Protank. On a Spinner or ego twist I would normally set it to 4.4 or even 4.8 on the Vision. So I am thinking something has to be off.

EDIT::

Just tried a 2.5 Ohm at 4.5 Volts = Burn

SO either I am not getting the whole Ohms/Volt thing or there are some issues
