L-Rider Corolla

I'm getting a L-Rider Corolla Mech mod as a gift from a very nice friend. This will be my first Mech mod.
Does anyone own a L-Rider Corolla or have any knowledge about it?

I picked one up several months ago on clearence from a vendor. Not a whole lot of reviews for it online but most seemed to be negative. It is a hybrid mod (theres a wire that runs up to the button). After a month or two it quit working, I am assuming it was from that wire (many complaints were that it was not thick enough) but who knows since then its been collecting dust.

kashed didn't mean hybrid as in direct connection to the atty. They meant hybrid as in not a mech and not regulated. It uses a wired switch.
