It's great that chemicals are not applied to the cotton during processing but I have to wonder if pesticides/herbicides and fertilizer are applied in the field.
Yes I believe there certainly could be pesticides applied. That's why we need some lab tested stuff

I should think it would depend on how many wash and rinse cycles one is willing to do and even then it would still be of some concern and more trouble than it's worth. I would much rather have something that is certified organic from the field from a trusted source. But that's just me.![]()
