I use paint pens, but I don't write words on the cartos. I band them (put the carto in a v-block and turn it while holding a pen to it to draw a line completely around it). Using the resistor color-code, I give every carto its own 'serial number' so I can tell where it was bought, what type it is, which one of the batch it is, etc.

Since the bands go completely around, I don't worry about it rubbing off since it won't all disappear at the same time, and I can refresh it as needed.

I have absolutely no imagination at all. I started vaping cinnamon over a year ago. Still vaping it. Bought tons of other peoples "didn't likes", and "don't want it's". Ended up giving it all away to the 30 of so relatives I gave starter Riva Christmas gifts too. Really a simple, uncomplicated life. . .if I got it. . .it's Cinnamon. Don't have to mark nothing. JMHO

I only rotate 5 flavors, so I use 5 Different Colored Drip Tips....but I can also tell which is what flavor by simply smelling or tasting the Cartomizer.

I am vaping cinnamon exclusively too! I LOVE it.

i completely agree with this method. its what i do myself. once you boil it down to 5-6 flavors, you can refill prefilleds of matching color and flavor or buy blanks in the same matching color.

I try to keep true to the original pre-filled carto color if possible, when choosing blanks for a juice refill. No more than one flavor per carto color is allowed. I just remember what is in each one by color. Not even a cheat sheet.

I just use small ziploc bags, from the walmart arts and crafts section. They sell 2"x3" and 3"x4".
Carto + small juice bottle fits nicely in them, one for each flavor.

they are like $1.34

they have also gone to a thinner plastic, a little tougher to write on

work just the same, tho !
